Founded in Northampton in 1873 by Thomas Church, Church's belongs to the noblest tradition of British shoemaking. For more than one hundred and fifty years, its craftsmen have made shoes using Goodyear welted construction, a demanding process that guarantees sturdiness, comfort and the possibility of resoling, making each pair an investment for many years.

The Church's women's collection takes these masculine codes of English shoemaking and reinterprets them with an assertive femininity.
