OBSCURE GODDESSES.

Dubbed the "Lord of Darkness", Rick Owens has forged his own distinct language: "Glunge" (a fusion of glamour and grunge). His womenswear is a celebration of architectural fluidity. Fabrics are cut on the bias, allowing them to elegantly wrap around the body, crafting silhouettes of modern priestesses, both statuesque and protective.

This season, radicality embraces sensuality. Silk jersey sheath dresses trail nonchalantly across the floor, starkly contrasting with the structured rigidity of leather jackets featuring pagoda shoulders. This is an elegance that defies convention, where the comfort of cashmere and the technicality of modern materials converge to sublimate a powerful femininity.

About this selection

Born in California, Rick Owens launched his label in Los Angeles in the 1990s before moving to Paris, where he now presents his collections. In three decades, he has built one of the most recognisable worlds in contemporary fashion: a dark, sculptural and brutalist aesthetic that has become a reference for an entire generation of designers and fashion lovers.

Rick Owens' DNA can be read in elongated silhouettes, drapes, architectural volumes and a tight palette of black, grey, taupe and brown. Leather, often washed or crinkled, fine jersey, knitwear and faded denim make up a wardrobe that is both raw and refined, where shoes with sculpted heels and Gemini bags have become true signatures.

Our Rick Owens women's selection brings together iconic pieces: the fitted Gary leather jacket with asymmetric zip, the short brown leather bomber, the pearl grey belted Dracucollar coat, the long Pillar skirt, the high-waisted cargo trousers and the wide-leg melange tailored trousers.
