Under the impetus of Pierpaolo Piccioli, the Balenciaga man leaves the post-apocalyptic aesthetic to return to the ateliers. The SS26 collection redefines the masculine wardrobe through its cut: precise, sharp, yet freed from constraints.
Tailoring reigns supreme, but it breathes. Suits with defined shoulders crafted from fluid fabrics, wide trousers that embrace movement, and knitwear pieces of rare technicality. This is a serene, sophisticated luxury, proving that comfort can indeed be a status symbol.
About this selection
Cristóbal Balenciaga has long been regarded as the most rigorous tailor in fashion history, the one whose mastery of construction and volume defined the standards of an entire profession. With the arrival of Pierpaolo Piccioli as creative director, the house is undergoing a profound transition: the Balenciaga man finds his way back to the ateliers and to a certain idea of well-made clothing, without disowning the pieces that have become cult.
The Balenciaga men's wardrobe puts tailoring at the centre, but a tailoring freed from formal constraints. Our selection brings together a fitted tailored blazer with structured shoulders, dark grey tailored trousers and black wool skinny trousers, alongside a white and black striped shirt with a chest pocket. Denim holds a strong place with the loose Round Fit jeans in washed blue or washed black and the overdyed midnight blue Curved Knee Jellyfish jeans, with their signature curved-knee cut.
The house's more urban DNA comes through in oversized t-shirts, such as the white Back Fit with green logo or the washed model with collage print, and the zip-up hoodie in dry fleece cotton with Diamond B camo print. For footwear, the Triple S 2 sneakers, in black mesh or in beige and brown mesh and leather, reinterpret the house's iconic trainer, while the D'Orsay slip-on sneakers in white and black mesh offer a cleaner version.
At Actuel B, we offer a Balenciaga men's selection in our boutiques in Avignon and Arles as well as on our website, with delivery in France and internationally. Each piece is presented by teams trained in the history and codes of the house, with the personalised advice that defines our approach to multi-brand luxury.
