Shipping & Returns


The Sarl actuel B is contracting with La Poste. All packages are shipped via COLISSIMO EXPERT their services, delivery in 48 working days. The amount of Port Fees are calculated based on weight and destination, it is automatically sent to you to validate your cart and is included in the total price to pay your shipping commande.

One 24H via CHRONOPOST possible. If this is your application, please contact customer service at [email protected] before adjusting your purchase. A shipment by Chronopost is subject to additional fees based on the size and weight of the package to be submitted by mail.

The Product will be shipped to the address listed by the Purchaser within the completed form in the Order. All the announced deadlines are calculated in working days. The Seller undertakes to treat the Order within thirty days from the day following the validation of the Order. Exceeding the shipping delay may result in order cancellation once the order is not shipped from our warehouse To do so, simply contact our Customer Service.

In case you receive the package: refuse it and ask for a refund of your order from our Customer Service. As soon as we have confirmation of the return of your package, we will refund within 15 days. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the time of treatment, preparation and shipping of your order (output warehouse). They run from the order validation.

At this time, add the delivery time of the carrier. The products always travel at the risk of the consignee in case of delay, damage or loss must take action against the carrier or to make it the necessary reserves to allow the exercise of such remedies.

If the product is delivered after the cancellation of the Order, the refund will take place upon receipt by the Seller of the Product in its original condition. Note: Upon receipt, our services will monitor the compliance of the product returned and the reason for return. If the returned product does not comply, it will be refused by us and will be sent back at your expense. If your return is carried out under a bad reason, your product may be refused and you will be redirected so at your expense.

The reason for return may especially be requalified. Therefore, you will be notified by e-mail and processing of your return will be based on the new pattern.

Article 7.2

Right of return for withdrawal:

A date of receipt of the Product by the Buyer, the latter has a withdrawal period of seven days, allowing it, without having to give specific reasons, to return the Product book.

If the Buyer makes use of this right of withdrawal within 7 days from receiving the product, the Seller will reimburse the Buyer without delay and at the latest within thirty days of the date on which this right was exercised.

ATTENTION: No withdrawal will be accepted if the returned product is unfit for his re marketing. Therefore: - The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, undamaged, unmarked.

The product must be accompanied by all its accessories. Otherwise, the product will be returned at your expense. Postal return costs will be borne by the Buyer. To exercise this right, the buyer must first contact customer service [email protected] 

A confirmation acknowledging receipt of this request will be sent back by electronic mail.  

The products bought on sale, private sale, special sale days and in the outlet section, will not be refunded and will not be exchanged. 

Article 7.3

Returns for reference error

Terms of return

You have 15 days to report that the product received is not the product ordered: reference error, problem size, color, features, completely different product, faulty ... so that our customer service assigns you a number of return agreement. The product must be returned in good condition and in its original packaging, even if it has been opened, with all its contents (accessories, cables, manuals ...).

After receipt and acceptance of your package by us, depending on the nature of the product, available stocks and according to your wish, we offer reship the originally ordered product or a product of exchange with equivalent characteristics.

If you chose to be repaid, the amount of the entire order (product (s) + shipping if your order is composed only of a single product) will be credited to the account debited within 15 days following acceptance of your return. on presentation of proof of expenses incurred our customer service will make the reimbursement of the latter by sending a check or credit your account.

Note: The amount of the reimbursement of these costs will be based on consumer prices in force, provided by La Poste for colissimo. The maximum rebate amount will not exceed 15 €.


Without prejudice to its right of withdrawal above, Buyer has the product warranty against hidden defects as provided in Article 1641 of the Civil Code.

In addition, if the product is received by the Purchaser does not comply with the designated product within its order, this product will be replaced or refunded, depending on the wishes of the buyer.


Seller's liability is limited to direct and predictable damages resulting from the use by the Buyer of the Site and the Products delivered.

Seller's liability shall not be incurred if the failure or improper performance of its obligations is attributable to the Buyer, the unpredictable and insurmountable a third party unconnected with the provision of benefits under the Terms, or to a case of force majeure unpredictable, irresistible and outside.

The Seller shall not incur liability for damage resulting from a fault of the Buyer in connection with the use of the Products.
