Yes, we ship worldwide via our logistics partners FedEx International Priority and DHL Express Worldwide. For full details on zones and rates, please visit our Shipping page.

Delivery times depend on the carrier selected and the destination country. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Any order placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the next business day. Please note: during peak periods or festive seasons, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number and delivery details. You can track your parcel by clicking the link in the email or by logging into your customer account.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled with the carrier upon delivery.

On the product page, select your desired size and click "ADD TO BAG". When you are ready, click "CHECKOUT" in your bag. Carefully check your delivery information before confirming. You will then be automatically redirected to the secure payment page.

Once an order is confirmed, we are no longer able to modify the items or the delivery address. If you have made an error, please contact our customer service immediately so we can attempt to cancel the order.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and PayPal via our secure Shopify Payments platform.

In the event of an order cancellation, the refund is processed immediately. For a return, the refund is initiated on the day we receive and verify the returned item.
