HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Should you wish to return your purchase, you have 14 days from the reception of your package to make a return. The return of an item requires the return request to our services [email protected]. As soon as you have received the agreement, you have 14 days to return the product to us. After this period, your return will be refused.

The products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories), allowing them to be remarketed as new. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be taken back.
IS THE RETURN FREE OF CHARGE?
The return of your order is free of charge up to 7 days after receipt of your order. Simply request your return label from our services [email protected]. You will receive it by email and you will have to stick it on your parcel.

Beyond this period, the return will be at your expense.

The return costs are covered if you return your entire order. If you return part of your order, shipping costs will not be refunded.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT THE REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
All products will be refunded to the payment method you used to pay for your order, after receipt of your package and verification of its contents.

Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for the return of your order to be processed. After validation of your refund, it will take 2 to 5 working days to see the transaction on your bank account.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you notice upon delivery that your item is flawed, please contact our service [email protected] 48 hours maximum. Actuel b reserves the right to ask you for photos of the item in order to establish the defect.

Items that have been worn will not be considered as defective and cannot be refunded or subjected to our warranty service.

If after using your product, it has a manufacturing defect, we invite you to contact our services [email protected] in order to open an after-sales service request with the brand. After the warranty period, please contact us in order to know more about whether the brand you’ve purchased offers repairs and at what cost.
